and/or unlicensed individuals. To view
the actual documents pertaining to a particular individual please perform a
licensee search.

When performing a Licensee Search you will want to select
'Search for an Individual'; enter Dental Examiners, from the drop down list, as
the Regulator; enter the last name of the individual you are searching for in
the Last Name Field; and click on the Search button. From the list of names generated by the last
name field, select the individual you are interested in by clicking on their
name.
In the record there is a sub-section titled Disciplinary Action which will
display the disciplinary documents by number; click on the document number and
a disciplinary action report will open. Click on the .pdf document and it will
display the actual document on your screen.
